Kouksundo starter kit in English: 2 videos, 1 audio and 1 online meeting.

Here you will find an introduction to Kouksundo practice, a video of relaxation exercises and a meditation with pictures of the first 25 meditation postures.

This starter kit includes one online meeting with Kouksundo master Toma Kumziene (up to 1 hour) where you can learn finalising exercises and get answers to your questions. The recordings will be available 30 days after the purchase.

If you express a wish to continue online meetings with Master Toma, each meeting (up to one hour) will cost 59 euros.
