The teacher of the seminar is Toma Kumziene. Toma was first introduced to the Kouksundo practice back in 2005 during the trip to holy mount Kailash in Tibet. She has gained a lot of knowledge and practice in the Kouksundo centers in South Korea through these years.
Kouksundo is an ancient Korean practice that allows people to feel the wonders that breathing, meditation, and exercise do for our physical bodies as well as our life energy. Kouksundo is great for developing the body, calming down the mind, and stabilising the emotions. The practice restores human energy, helps to overcome stress, insomnia, headache.
During the introduction, we will discuss the main principles of Kouksundo, try the exercises that need more detailed explanation, learn the breathing meditation, and some acupressure points.
