Privacy Policy and Data Notice on Processing of Personal Data
National Kouksundo Center’s policy and data notice on processing of personal data (further on –Notice) is obligatory for everyone who uses Center’s services and products and takes part in seminars, classes, practices and other events organised by the Center. All clients who want to use services and products of the Center must get acquainted with this Notice and accept the conditions. Parents or patrons are responsible for their minors.
For the purpose of providing services, the Center collects and processes client data:
– name and surname is collected and stored for 4 years after the last service provided;
– email and phone number are being collected and stored for 4 years after the last service provided;
If the client requests to get newsletters and offers by email and/or phone, the client’s email and phone number is being stored until the client refuses to receive the offers from the Center.
If the client requests, the Center deletes all the client data except the information which must be stored for a specific time according to current legislation of Lithuanian Republic.
Center shall not pass the client’s personal data to third parties without written permission or request of the client.
In order to improve browsing quality as well as for statistical and marketing purposes we use cookies. The client can cancel them anytime by changing the web browser settings.
