This site (further – Site) is owned and operated by MB National Kouksundo Center (further –Center).
These terms and conditions include general terms and conditions for use of this Site, terms and conditions relating to the products and services provided by The National Kouksundo Center on the site and in our studios and services provided by Kouksundo Academy.
While purchasing the products or services of the Center I fully understand and agree that during the classes, seminars and other events physical exercises will be done. I understand, that I should exercise only as much as my health and body condition allows. I understand that any exercise shown by the instructor or teacher is not obligatory for me and I am not obliged to do the exercise in the exact and maximum way that the teacher/instructor does. I understand that while exercising I have to listen to myself, not to hurry, I can skip exercises that are too difficult for me. I understand that if I feel unpleasant or unusual feeling or pain I have to stop the exercise immediately.
I understand that during the classes in the studio, the teacher can help me to do the specific exercise and while helping the teacher can touch me. I understand that teacher can touch my stomach while checking my breathing.
I understand that all the information – all classes, practices, seminars, conferences and other events as well as live broadcasting events and practices; information that is presented in any visual, written or audio form; drawings, paintings, schemes, advises, postures and etc. – that is published in the website of National Kouksundo Center, in the Kouksundo Academy, given in the Kouksundo Centers is the property of the Center. I understand that I have no right to copy the information in any form, to reproduce, publish, share on the Internet or any other networks, or make publicly available on computer networks, in any premises or terminals. This information is for my personal use only.
I fully agree with the terms and conditions written above and below. While purchasing the products and/or services of the Center I confirm that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
1. Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form and any Membership is subject to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
Nacional Kouksundo Center reserves the right to adapt the Terms and Conditions when needed. Any such changes will be published on the Site and, until revoked, are binding on Members and any person who purchased any product or service of the Center.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in the Kouksundo centers will be subject to these terms and conditions. And you now hereby agree to our terms and conditions.
1.1. These terms and conditions are obligatory to everyone who purchases any products or services from the Center (on the Site and the physical locations) and in the Kouksundo Academy. Parents or patrons are responsible for their children under 18 years old – all the responsibility for their health issues, injuries and any accidents that appear in the Center or while practising online lies on the parents or patrons.
1.2. Before starting practice and attending the classes and seminars we recommend to consult your doctor. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult their doctor and make sure that it is safe to use the services of the Center. Members must notify the Center of any circumstances affecting their health, which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Center.
All the responsibility for the health issues, injuries and any accidents that appear in the Center, at the events, organised by the Center or practising online lies on the client.
1.3. Center shall not be liable or indemnify the client for the property and non-property damage and loss. Neither the Center, nor its partners, instructors and employees are responsible for loss or damage to a client’s personal belongings.
2. Validity of Services, Obligations of Clients and Refund Policy
2.1. All classes, individual consultations, seminars and other events organised by the Center must be prepaid. Visitors can join the class/seminar or other event organised by the Center only on their scheduled and prepaid time and date. When the membership expires the unused classes can not be moved to next month. The unused classes expire together with memberships expiry date. Same rule applies to any other memberships, online classes and other events.
2.2. The membership of online Kouksundo Academy takes effect immediately after the purchase and lasts as many days as the client has prepaid for.
2.3. The clients agree to our 24hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling individual classes and consultations in the Center and online. So if you’re booked into an individual class or consultation, but miss it or cancel with less than 24 hours’notice, you will be charged for it.
2.4. One membership belongs to one person, the membership is nominal. In exceptional conditions, if agreed with the administration of the Center, the membership can be given to another family member or given to another person.
2.5. The Center can change the scheduled date and time of the classes, seminars and other events as well as the lecturer or trainer.
2.6. The seminars, conferences and classes do not grant the participants with the kouksundo instructor qualification. To become an instructor a person has to obtain a specific qualification. People who do not comply with this requirement lose the right to participate in the seminars, conferences and other events organised by the Center. Their existing reservations and orders are canceled.
2.7. Prepayments for memberships, seminars, conferences, events and other services organized by the Center are non-refundable, tickets and subscriptions are not exchanged.
3. Privacy Policy and Data Notice on Processing of Personal Data
3.1. It is forbidden to take photos, video and audio recordings during kouksundo classes, practices, seminars, conferences and any other events.
3.2. All the information that is given during classes, seminars and other events; on the Center’s websites and Kouksundo Academy – visual graphics, photos, audio, video, texts and other information belongs to the Center. There is forbidden to copy the information in any form; to reproduce, publish, share on the Internet or any other networks, or make publicly available as well as on computer networks, in any premises or terminals. This information is for clients’ personal use only.
3.3. For the purpose of providing services, the Center collects and processes this client data:
3.3.1. name and surname is collected and stored for 4 years after the last service provided;
3.3.2. email and phone number is collected and stored for 4 years after the last service provided;
3.4. If the client requests to get newsletters and offers by email and/or phone, the client’s email and phone number is stored until the client refuses to receive the offers from the Center.
3.5. If the client requests, the Center deletes all the client data except the information which must be stored for a specific time according to current legislation of Lithuanian Republic.
3.6. Center shall not pass the client’s personal data to third parties without written permission or request of the client.
3.7. In order to improve browsing quality as well as for statistical and marketing purposes we use cookies. The client can cancel them anytime by changing the web browser settings.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. The Center reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any such changes will be published on the Site and, until revoked, are binding on Members and any person who purchased any product or service of the Center.
4.2. Every client by purchasing a membership or any other service or product in the Center confirms that he/she is acquainted with the Terms and Conditions and undertakes to abide by them unconditionally.
4.3. I confirm that I have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions. I confirm that I agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions and accept all the responsibility for non-compliance with them.
